VIS expects another revenue drop in 4Q22, cuts capex

Specialty IC foundry Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) has reported revenue fell nearly 13% sequentially in the third quarter, and expects to post another sequential revenue drop of over 25% in the fourth quarter.
