Connector and cable assembly maker Sinbon Electronics has reported consolidated revenues of NT$2.112 billion (US$74.2 million) for January, the highest-ever monthly level with growths of 3.71% sequentially and 35.81% on year.
Shipment for products used in medical devices, automotive components and industrial equipment increased, driving up the revenues, Sinbon said.
Sinbon expects products used in medical devices and green energy to be main sources of growth in 2021 revenue.
Among new products, Sinbon has begun small-volume cable assembly shipments for drones, warehousing robots and smart vests to a US e-commerce operator. The company has also developed cable assemblies for LiDAR modules and monitoring smart power supply systems installed along sewers.
