Mitsubishi Gas Chemical, Iteq form JV in Taiwan

Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company (MGC) and Taiwan-based Iteq have announced plans to jointly establish a joint venture, of which the former will hold a 51% share and the latter 49%.
