Pandemic-triggered stay-at-home needs are said to be decelerating, but Acer is confident that demand for Chromebooks will remain robust in the third quarter. LCD panel maker AUO, who saw its loss narrow in the second-quarter 2020, is also upbeat about its business in the third quarter.
