STAr Taurus TS-8500 series is 4-slot switch matrix instrument that can be configured with low leakage modules that enables configuration from 10x12 to 10x48 channels. Other configurations include high voltage module up to 3000V and 4x6 RF module up to 40GHz. Furthermore, TS-8500 supports integration and flexible configuration to STAr' semiconductor test software products and equipment to provide customers cost-effective switch matrix solution with advantages of high performance and reliable test results.
