Six-inch foundry quotes rise, says Mosel

Rising raw materials costs have prompted Mosel Vitelic and other 6-inch foundries to raise their quotes, according to Rebecca Tang, chairperson for the Taiwan-based foundry specializing in power semiconductors and analog chips.
