Neo Solar Power (NSP), New Green Power (NGP) and J&V Energy Technology have started a joint project donating a 3KWp rooftop PV system a Christian church on Orchid Island southeast of Taiwan proper.

NSP will provide in-house-produced modules for the system, NGP will be responsible for EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) and maintenance, and J&V will offer financial support. Construction is scheduled for late May.

The rooftop system is estimated to generate electricity of 4,161kWh, saving power cost by over NT$50,000 (US$1,684) a year. An energy storage system will also be installed there.
