Lextar Electronics is showcasing its latest products, including high-power LED lighting modules, high-voltage COB and DOB modules, infrared (IR) sensing modules and VCSEL devices, at Light+Building 2018 in Frankfur during March 18-23.

The high-power LED lighting modules on display are 3030, 5050 and 3535 series using conformal coating process to hike product reliability, with luminous efficiency of 200lm/W and CRI of 97. These lighting modules can be used for industrial, building and outdoor lighting, such as high bay lights, street lamps and stage lights. Lextar can also provide optical design services including optical engines and secondary optical lenses.

Lextar is showcasing LED plant-growing lights and thin light panels of 4mm thick.

The high-voltage COB modules being exhibited are 120V, 140V and 270V models, while DOB modules are based on in-house high-voltage LED packages.

PR88 and PR35 series are 810/850/940nm (wavelength) IR 3D sensing modules used to recognize faces, iris, images and car plates, and detect motion. VCSEL devices are for 3D depth sensing based on ToF (time of fly) and structured light methods.
