Handset panel prices stable in December, says Sigmaintell

Mainly due to shrinking demand, prices for handset-use a-Si TFT-LCD panels in December mostly has remained unchanged on month, while those for handset-use LTPS TFT-LCD panels has dropped slightly, according to Sigmaintell Consulting.
