TSMC buys equipment from HMI

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has purchased a batch of machinery equipment from Hermes Microvision (HMI), a provider of electron beam (e-beam) inspection tools and solutions, for NT$541 million (US$16.6 million).
