PChome Online, a web portal and the largest operator of online shopping services in Taiwan, has launched PChome IM, an in-house-developed smartphone-based instant messaging application, for free use.
Based on its PChome Cloud Message technology, PChome IM can transmit messages in two seconds, PChome Online said.
In addition to free instant messaging services, PChome IM allows for free downloads stickers by users and free uploads of stickers by retail stores, enterprises and arts creators, equivalent to free advertising for them, PChome Online indicated.
