Leading China firms to set up N-type solar cell production lines

First-tier China-based PV makers are planning to establish laboratory-level production lines for N-type monocrystalline silicon solar cells, and if trial production goes smooth, volume production may begin in 2016, according to industry sources in Taiwan.
