Optical film maker Wah Hong has reported its 2014 revenues reached NT$12.238 billion (US$390.98 million), with an EPS of NT$2.05.
February 2015 revenues meanwhile reached NT$679 million, down 24.98% on month and down 18.05% on year. The company said reduced working days in February coupled with the Lunar New Year influenced its performance. Customers were also concerned with clearing inventories.
Despite the decline, Wah Hong's ITO conductive film saw a 44% on-month increase in shipments due to increased orders from Korea-based customers and continuing orders from China and Taiwan.
Wah Hong added that it expects sequential growth each quarter throughout 2015, driven by demand for products used in 55- to 90-inch LCD TVs.
