Consolidated revenues at Zhen Ding Technology climbed 4.1% sequentially and 21.4% on year to an all-time high of NT$7.78 billion (US$263 million) in November 2013, buoyed, according to industry sources, by rising demand for flexible PCBs for use in mobile devices.
With its FPCB production lines currently running almost at full capacity and its rigid PCB lines operating at over 80% of their capacity, Zhen Ding's sales will peak in the fourth quarter and show a growth of 25-30% from the previous quarter, the sources noted.
Zhen Ding's accumulated 2013 revenues through November amounted to NT$56.83 billion, increasing 14% from a year earlier.
Two other fellow companies, Flexium Interconnect and Career Technology, also saw sequential gains in November revenues, rising 0.8% and 8.9% to NT$1.82 billion and NT$1.62 billion, respectively.
Flexium, which is a FPCB supplier for Apple, accumulated total revenues of NT$12.15 billion in the first 11 months of 2013.
Career's combined revenues for the January-November period reached NT$11.88 billion, decreasing 8.2% from a year earlier.
