Taiwan PCB makers ramping production of any-layer HDI boards

PCB makers Compeq Manufacturing, Unitech Printed Circuit Board and Unimicron Technology have been ramping up the production of any-layer HDI boards, eliminating the likelihood of shortages in the third quarter of 2013, according to industry sources.
