Taiwan market: NCC to release new licenses for mobile Internet at end of 2013

Taiwan's National Communications Commission (NCC) plans to offer two total bandwidth allocations of 135MHz (one for upload, one for download) to operate mobile Internet-access in an open bid at the end of 2013, according to the agency.
