Asia Pacific Telecom to procure up to 960,000 smartphones in 2013

Asia Pacific Telecom, the only CDMA2000 mobile telecom carrier in Taiwan, plans to procure up to 960,000 smartphones in 2013, 60-70% of which to be models priced at NT$10,000 (US$334) or below, according to company CEO Vincent Chih.
