China market: Smartphone vendor Xiaomi lands new loans for ramping hardware production, says paper

China-based smartphone vendor Xiaomi has recently secured new loans totaling US$216 million, which will be used to support its hardware production lines, the Chinese-language Commercial Times quoted the company's CEO Lei Jun as saying.
