Compal Communications, in view of increasing orders for Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) smartphones from Nokia and orders for Android smartphones from Lenovo and Motorola Mobility, expects its shipments of smartphones in the first quarter of 2012 to increase 20% on quarter, according to the company.
