Canon has announced the launch of PowerShot S100 in the Taiwan market at a recommended retail price of NT$14,990 (US$496).
The digital camera features 12.1-megapixel CMOS image sensor, GIGIC 5 image processor, 5x (24-120mm) optical zoom and a 3.0-inch 461,000-pixel 16:9 PureColor II G screen, Canon Taiwan indicated.
