Epistar likely to take up new shares from heat sink maker Neng Tyi

Heat sink maker Neng Tyi Precision Industries plans to issue two million new shares at NT$14.50 (US$0.50) per unit via private placement with LED chipmaker Epistar being indicated as one of the potential investors. Epistar has declined to comment.
