WT Microelectronics to acquire Korea-based IC distributor NSU Semiconductor

Taiwan-based IC distributor WT Microelectronics has announced that it will acquire Korea-based NSU Semiconductor for US$20 million with the deal slated to be completed on February 10, 2011.
