DelSolar to open new solar cell plant in mid-2011

Solar cell maker DelSolar has held a beam-raising ceremony for its new plant in Zhunan, Taiwan. The new facility, which will have a total planned capacity of 1GWp, is scheduled to commence operations in mid-2011.
