CPT agrees to sell 4.5G CF plant to Compal subsidiary

Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) will sell a 4.5G color filter (CF) plant to a Compal Electronics subsidiary for NT$1.4 billion (US$47.67 million), the companies disclosed today.
