PCB drilling service provider Eva to raise capex for equipment purchases

Taiwan's Eva Technologies, which provides OEM PCB drilling services for HDI boards and IC substrates, has said its capex is targeted at US$20 million for 2011. The number is far higher than the US$2 million allocated for 2010.
