Taiwan recorded an industrial production (manufacturing, quarry and mining, construction, electricity/gas/water supply industries) index of 126.37 for October 2010, increasing 2.1% on month and 14.39% on year, according to statistics released by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) on November 23.
The average industrial production index of 120.97 for January-October 2010 hiked 28.2% on year, MOEA indicated.
