Contract prices for high-capacity NAND flash down in late September

Contract prices for 32Gb and 64Gb NAND flash chips fell by 5-6% and 9-10% respectively in late September 2010 mainly due to oversupply, according to Taiwan-based makers of NAND flash modules.
