AU Optronics (AUO) has announced preliminary consolidated June 2010 revenues of NT$43.63 billion (US$1.36 billion), slightly down by 0.4% sequentially but up 43.5% on year.
In the second quarter of 2010, AUO's unaudited consolidated revenues totaled NT$128.57 billion, up by 15.2% on quarter and a significant growth of 55.9% on year.
Large-size panel shipments for June reached 9.74 million units, down 4.8% from the previous month. Small- to medium-size panel shipments amounted to 15.79 million units in June, down 14.8% sequentially.
