Lextar to expand workforce and capacity

Taiwan-based LED epitaxial wafer and chipmaker Lextar Electronics, which is a subsidiary of AU Optronics (AUO), plans to recruit about 800 employees in the second half of 2010 in line with its capacity expansion, according to the company.
