SMIC Wuhan fab to expand foundry services

Wuhan Xinxin Semiconductor Manufacturing, a 12-inch fab managed by Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), has revealed plans to expand from memory chip manufacturing into logic IC processing.
