ApaceWave to begin volume production of 65nm WiMAX chips in December

The US-based WiMAX chipmaker ApaceWave Technologies will begin volume production of 65nm WiMAX chips in December and plans to ramp production capacity to 100,000 units a month in the first half of 2010, according to CEO Gwong-Yih Lee.
