PSC adjusts ECB conversion price to NT$5.25 per share

Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) has reset the conversion price of its US$157.85 million euro convertible bonds (ECBs) at NT$5.25 (US$0.16) per share, the company has announced.
