Global chip market may fully recover in 2012, says TSMC chairman

The worst for the global semiconductor industry is already over, but full recovery is not expected till 2012 when the market may return to the 2008 levels, according to Morris Chang, chairman of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC).
