IC substrate maker Kinsus said to revise down 4Q sales forecast

IC substrate maker Kinsus Interconnect Technology expects its fourth quarter sales will drop by over 20%, compared with a previous estimate of a 15% decline, amid decreased demand from IC packaging and testing houses, according to market sources.
