Intel raids skilled staff from SMIC and Hynix for Fab 68 in China

Intel has completed first-round recruitment of staff for its 12-inch fab in Dalian, China (Fab 68) amid the rising wave of layoffs and production cuts by global semiconductor players, according to market sources in China.
