ProMOS and Mosel preparing for fund raising in 2H08, says paper

In light of an improving DRAM situation, ProMOS Technologies chairman ML Chen has been cited by a Chinese-language Commercial Times report as saying that both ProMOS and Mosel Vitelic are preparing fund raisers for the second half of 2008.
