Worldwide notebook shipments grow 33% on year in 2007, says IDC

Around 109 million notebook PCs shipped worldwide in 2007, a growth of 33% compared to 2006, while shipments of desktops reached 151 million units, a growth of 4% on year, according to a recent IDC report.
