AUO denies report it will develop LCD optical film

AU Optronics (AUO) today denied a Chinese-language Commercial Times report indicating that the company will partner with Prodisc Technology, a second-tier maker of optical discs in Taiwan, and 3M and Sumitomo to develop LCD optical film.
