KVM maker Aten denies reports of merger with Raritan

Taiwan-based KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) switch maker Aten International currently has no plans to merge with other companies and did not provide any financial forecasts for 2007, according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
