ASE and Mitsui sign cross-licensing agreement

Advanced Semiconductor Engineering and Mitsui High-tec announced that they have entered into an agreement for cross licensing and technical collaboration for Mitsui High-tec's hybrid manufacturing technologies (HMT) for packaging.
