TI to up 90nm LoCosto output from TSMC in 2Q

Texas Instruments (TI) is expected to increase its output of LoCosto handset single chips at the 90nm node from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) in the second quarter, according to industry sources.
