SPIL to introduce FOW on 9-chip NAND flash card production in 2007

Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL) has announced that it has achieved high volume production of 3-chip flash cards using its film over wire (FOW) technology. The company will apply FOW to 9-chip flash card production in 2007.
