Mosel may outsource 8-inch wafer production to ProMOS in China

Planning its own 8-inch wafer production, Mosel Vitelic may also outsource manufacturing 8-inch wafers to ProMOS Technologies, with its China fab expected to come online in 2008, according to Mosel general manager Rebecca Tang.
