UTAC China plant to break even next year, company president says

Singapore-based United Test and Assembly Center (UTAC) expects its joint-venture in Chengdu, China with Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) to break even next year, according to UTAC group president and CEO Lee Joon Chung.
