Nanya announces 3rd bond issue

Nanya Technology announced on November 8 that it will issue no more than NT$6 billion (US$183 million) worth of bonds to fund the construction of its first 12-inch fab (Fab 3), according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
