GCE sees notebook PCB capacity shortage of 20-30%

Despite running at a full utilization rate, Gold Circuit Electronics (GCE) is still seeing its notebook printed circuit board (PCB) production capacity falling short of demand by 20-30% due to strong orders, said the company.
