Hynix may get green light to build 12-inch fab in Icheon, says company chairman

Hynix Semiconductor's plan to build a 12-inch fab in South Korea's Icheon, which has been rejected by the Korean government due to environmental concerns, will revive after laws are revised, according to company chairman Woo Eui-jei.
