Taiwan market: Proportion of converged handheld devices continues growing in 2Q 2006

Handheld device shipments in Taiwan totaled 149,776 units in the second quarter of 2006, with 13% contributed from pen-based PDAs and 87% from converged handheld devices, according to International Data Corporation (IDC) Taiwan.
