Motech to issue 3 million shares after securing NT$3.4 billion loan

After securing a NT$3.4 billion (US$104 million) syndicated bank loan, Taiwan-based solar cell maker Motech Industries announced that its board of directors approved the issuing of three million new shares to purchase equipment.
