SigmaTel may sue China-based retailer of MP3 players for patent infringement

The Chinese-language website Sina.com reported that MP3 chip supplier SigmaTel is planning to sue MP3 player maker Shenzhen Beall Electronic Industrial and China-based retailer Dazhong Electronics for patent infringement.
